Strategic Work Offerings G.E.A.R. Framework About Me Work With Me
How We Work Together

Structured engagements
for structural problems.

Three ways to work together, each designed around a specific type of structural intervention. All begin with a diagnostic conversation.

Choose your
intervention scope

Every engagement starts with the same question: what is the structural constraint blocking growth? The answer determines which model applies.

01
Structural Diagnostic
For companies that need clarity first

A focused 2–3 session diagnostic to map the structural misalignment. Produces a clear diagnosis document identifying the constraint, its root cause and the intervention options available.

What's Included
  • 2–3 structured sessions with leadership
  • Misalignment mapping across G.E.A.R. dimensions
  • Written diagnosis with prioritized findings
  • Intervention options with trade-off analysis
  • 30-day follow-up check-in
Ideal for: Companies experiencing symptoms but unsure of the structural root cause.
03
Strategic Advisory
Ongoing structural partner

A retainer engagement for companies navigating sustained structural transformation — market expansion, platform repositioning, or multi-year governance build. Monthly working cadence with on-demand access.

What's Included
  • Monthly strategic sessions (2–4 hrs)
  • On-demand async advisory
  • Quarterly structural review
  • Priority access for urgent situations
  • Network introductions where relevant
Ideal for: Series A–C companies in active structural transition needing a consistent strategic partner.

What to expect

Do you work with early-stage startups?
Structural misalignment tends to become visible at Series A and beyond — when growth pressure exposes the gaps in early decisions. Pre-seed and seed engagements are possible but rare.
How much time does leadership need to commit?
A Focused Intervention typically requires 2–4 hours per week from 1–2 senior leaders. This is structural work — it can't happen without leadership engagement.
Do you work across geographies?
Yes. Engagements have spanned Latin America, Europe and Southeast Asia. Work is conducted primarily remotely with in-person sessions for key milestones where possible.
What sectors do you focus on?
Fintech, B2B SaaS, data platforms, and Web3 infrastructure. The common thread is complex, regulated environments where structural decisions compound over time.
How do engagements start?
Every engagement begins with a no-commitment discovery call. If there's a structural fit, we scope a diagnostic. The diagnostic findings determine whether to proceed to an intervention.
Do you take equity or advisory shares?
Occasionally, for the right stage and alignment. The default is fee-based engagement. This is discussed openly during scoping if relevant.
